Prior to joining Casino Air, Rich spent 7 years with Trane as an Account Manager providing leading heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology solutions to customers around the world. With his extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, you can be sure he can custom tailor a smoke remediation solution that is a perfect fit for your property.

Roger Herde’, M.E.

Roger brings 25 years of Mechanical Engineering experience to our team at Casino Air.  Roger began his career as a Sales Engineer at Florida Power and Light Company (FPL). While working at FPL in various sales, engineering and management positions, he re enrolled at the University of Miami Quality Institute and earned both a Master of Business Administration and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering.
