POLSON, MONTANA -The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of the Flathead Indian Reservation operate two casinos, Gray Wolf Peak near Missoula, Montana, and the Best Western KwaTaq Nuk Resort and Casino on the south shore of Flathead Lake. The resort’s full service marina puts boating, lake cruises, and fishing just a few steps away. Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, Blacktail Mountain Ski Resort or Glacier National Park are all a short distance from the KwaTaq Nuk Resort & Casino.

Tobacco smoke and odor issues in both properties were taking a toll on employees and customers alike. Negative online reviews about the smoky casinos and hotel lobby were hurting business and threatened to erode their AAA ratings. We recently engineered a fix for both locations and finalized the installations in early December.

Sheila Matt, Principal Operating Officer and General Manager of both properties notes “Everyone is pleased with the new Casino Air system.  Our architects from Minneapolis could tell the difference the minute they came in!  That is such great news.  Even staff has commented on how much better the air is.”
